We are seeking a skilled and experienced Autoglass Installer/ Automotive Glass Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and expertise in Autoglass installation and Autobody repair knowledge, with the ability to work with both hand and power tools. This role involves installing, repairing, and replacing Specialist in Autoglass components while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and replace Autoglass in a variety of vehicles, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows, backglass, sunroof/moonroof, back and side mirror.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete Autoglass installations.
Conduct thorough inspections of glass components to identify any damage or defects prior to installation, verify fitment and seal integrity.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding services performed and any additional repairs needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and an efficient workspace.
Assist with heavy lifting of glass materials as required during installations.
Requirements

13 years experience in Autoglass Industry or as an Automotive Glass Installer or Technician is preferred.
Dealership experience is a plus, providing familiarity with various vehicle models and manufacturer requirements.
Valid Class 5 drivers license
Strong autobody knowledge is essential for troubleshooting issues related to Autoglass installation.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
