Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Worker to join the Facility Operations construction and manufacturing team. This role supports modular unit construction in our Regina facility and may include occasional site work. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with construction and assembly of modular buildings
Perform framing, finishing, insulation, and general carpentry tasks
Support mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins as required
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Load, unload, and move materials within the facility or job site
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow drawings, instructions, and quality standards
Work collaboratively with supervisors, trades, and project teams

Qualifications
Previous experience in construction or modular building preferred
Strong understanding of basic construction methods and materials
Ability to read basic drawings and follow instructions
Successful candidate will possess their own hand/small power tools
Comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods
Valid drivers license is an asset
Reliable transportation as facility plant is located outside of the city
Forklift or aerial lift experience is an asset
Able to show up on time every day
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
