-Prepare and cook breakfast items such as eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and breakfast sandwiches according to recipes and standards.
-Set up and stock the breakfast station before service (prep ingredients, sauces, and garnishes).
-Ensure food is cooked and presented to quality and portion standards.
-Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
-Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times.
-Monitor food levels and communicate low stock to the kitchen manager or supervisor
-Properly store and label food items according to health guidelines
-Assist with prep work for the next shift as needed
-Work efficiently during busy breakfast rush periods to ensure timely service
