Commissionaires North Saskatchewan is seeking dedicated, confident, and communityminded Full-Time Supervisors to support our security operations in Saskatoon. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in leadership, value accountability, and want to contribute to a safer community.

About the Role
As a Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring highquality security services across multiple sites. Youll support frontline staff, respond to incidents, maintain professional standards, and act as a key point of contact for clients and management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite supervision, coaching, and support to security personnel
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Commissionaires policies and procedures
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns professionally and promptly
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support operational planning
- Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new staff
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and teamoriented work environment
- Liaise with clients to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
- Valid Saskatchewan Security Guard License (or ability to obtain)
- Valid Class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract
- Ability to work fulltime, including evenings, weekends, or rotating shifts
- Proficiency with incident reporting and basic computer applications
