We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing logistics team. This role focuses on developing new business for freight shipping services and palletized warehouse storage, with an emphasis on supporting customers with smaller shipping volumes and offering cost-effective transportation solutions based on our established routing schedules.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and confident in their ability to build relationships, negotiate pricing, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and reliable service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prospect, develop, and secure new clients for freight shipping and palletized storage services.
-Identify customer needs and recommend efficient, cost-effective transportation solutions.
-Prepare and negotiate pricing based on routing schedules and market conditions.
-Work closely with operations and dispatch teams to coordinate smooth deliveries.
-Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up.
-Track leads, quotes, and customer activity accurately.
-Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
