Description

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant to support information security, risk management, and cybersecurity maturity initiatives across government.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and enforce information security policies and standards

Conduct threat and risk assessments for IT initiatives

Provide security guidance for systems, solutions, and procurements

Respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents

Identify and assess emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities

Support cybersecurity awareness and improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Proven experience in cybersecurity or information security
Strong knowledge of security architecture, risk, and compliance

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Certifications (Preferred)
CISSP, CISM, or CISA
CCSP, CRISC, GIAC, ISO 27001, or CompTIA Security+ (asset)

Additional Requirements
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Must be available to work onsite in Regina, SK
