Office Administrator  South Sask Bus Lines
About Us South Sask Bus Lines is a family-run business serving Moose Jaw since 2013. From hockey routes to North American coach tours, we provide safe, reliable transportation. We are seeking a versatile Office Administrator to manage the heart of our daily operations.
The Role This is a position for someone who enjoys variety. You will be the point person for bookkeeping, customer service, digital marketing, and operational support. We value someone self-motivated and resourceful.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Wage: $18.00  $22.00/hour (Based on experience)
Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental package included.
Key Responsibilities
    Financial: Daily bookkeeping using Sage accounting software, including invoices, A/R, A/P, and bank deposits.
    Marketing: Manage social media (Facebook), create simple marketing content, and perform minor website updates.
    Customer Service: Handle charter inquiries, booking requests, and tour information.
    Operations: Coordinate route updates and communicate schedules to the driving team.
    Admin: Manage office supplies, personnel files, maintenance logs, and filing systems.
    Safety: Track driver certifications and safety compliance documentation.
Qualifications
    Experience: 2+ years in a multi-faceted admin role. Experience with Sage is an asset.
    Technical: Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with social media and basic web updates.
    Soft Skills: Resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently. Strong communication and a "can-do" attitude.
