Cabinet Shop Production Manager

Madera Kitchen & Bath is seeking a full-time Cabinet Shop Production Manager to lead daily production in our custom cabinetry and millwork shop.

We build high-end kitchens and architectural millwork where details matter and standards are non-negotiable. This role requires someone who can own outcomes, make clear decisions, and lead a team with consistency and confidence.

This is not a passive supervisory role. You will be expected to plan work, set priorities, hold standards, and step in when issues ariseensuring production moves efficiently and correctly.

Responsibilities

Lead and organize a shop of up to 12 employees

Plan and sequence production to meet deadlines

Delegate work clearly and follow through on completion

Maintain quality, safety, and shop organization standards

Train and develop team members with varying skill levels

Coordinate with ownership, design, and installation teams

Identify problems early and take ownership of solutions

Machinery & Process Oversight
Experience overseeing and troubleshooting:
Nesting CNC, CNC sliding table saw, edgebander, boring machine, CNC doweling, jointers/planers, vacuum press, clamping racks, and hand tools.

Production Experience Required

Cabinet boxes and components

Solid wood furniture

Custom millwork and doors

You should understand the work well enough to teach it, correct it, and improve it.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in a production cabinet shop

Organized, decisive, and comfortable holding others accountable

Strong communication and professional standards

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check
