Description

The Wealth Management Client Relations Associate provides high-quality client service and operational support to Financial Advisors within the Wealth Management Division. This role supports the full client lifecycle, including application processing, client record maintenance, transaction execution, and issue resolution.

Guided by the firms commitment to enhanced client experience, care for people, and excellence, this position works closely with Advisors and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service & Relationship Support
- Support client service inquiries and requests from onboarding through ongoing servicing
- Partner with Advisors on client-related initiatives and projects
- Ensure timely, accurate, and professional follow-up on all client matters

Application Processing & Transactions
- Prepare client files and complete required forms across multiple systems
- Process investment transactions (e.g., PACs, SWPs, RIF payments)
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
- Track and resolve outstanding items to completion

Workflow, Reporting & Documentation
- Manage workflows based on Advisor instructions
- Complete recurring reports related to fees, transactions, and account activity
- Maintain accurate, organized client records and documentation

Advisor, Dealer & Supplier Coordination
- Liaise with dealers and insurance suppliers on service matters
- Communicate status and next steps with Advisors
- Apply analytical thinking to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues proactively

Required Skills and Competencies
- Recognized Business College Diploma
- Post-secondary education, Bachelor of Commerce (Finance)
- Minimum 5+ years of direct experience in the financial services industry
