Description

We are a Regina-based real estate development corporation that is continually growing and investing in new development projects.
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle accounting, preparing financial reports, payroll and tax filings. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, along with being computer and technology savvy.  We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Bookkeeping Tasks
Provide full cycle accounting, using computerized bookkeeping system
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounts and post adjustments as needed
Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
Prepare and submit tax filings (GST, PST, Source Deductions, Corporate Tax installments)

Administrative Tasks
Receive and respond to emails and phone calls
Prepare reports, letters, and photocopies
Maintain purchasing and stock of all office supplies
Responsible for filing all documents, invoices, employee information, etc.
Ensure that contracts and files are maintained in good order and current.
Greeting and communicating with clients, business associates, etc.
All other duties/responsibilities as required, assisting Leadership team as required
