Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grader Operator to join our team in maintaining municipal roads, ensuring smooth, year-round access for residents, farmers, and visitors alike. The successful candidate will operate a grader to perform road maintenance, grading, and other related tasks. The position is hands-on, ensuring you will be active in the community while helping to keep our roads safe and accessible.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate graders for routine maintenance of municipal roads and infrastructure
    Ensure proper maintenance of road conditions during all seasons
Complete maintenance and minor repairs to equipment
Assist in other maintenance projects as required
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
Other duties assigned by the Foreman
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating a grader (preferred)
Valid Class 5 drivers license (or higher) with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Good communication skills

Salary:
Wages will be negotiated based on experience. Wages range from $30-$37/HR
