Hiring for Spring 2026

We are seeking individuals for a Flagperson position.

Duties will include performing traffic control and flagging activities following current safety rules and regulations; operating and assisting with loading and unloading the flagger's truck and trailer; placing signs, barricades, traffic cones and other warning devices as required; responding to emergency situations as directed; and completing safety inspections and paperwork as required.

Flagperson experience is an asset but training can be provided on the job. Basic carpentry skills an asset. Work is casual and seasonal. Long hours are generally required. Must have a valid class 5 drivers license. Must be in good physical condition, mentally alert, and able to communicate effectively. Must be courteous and have a sense of responsibility for the safety of workers and the public.

This position could lead to a Traffic Accomodations Supervisor.

Wage will depend on experience and will be discussed at interview stage.
