As a fully funded capital accumulation plan serving over 32,000 members, SPP continues to expand and is seeking a Senior Member Education Officer to support its increasing needs.

SPP is looking for a highly organized, energetic, and selfmotivated professional who excels at building member relationships and delivering expert retirement planning guidance. The ideal candidate communicates confidently, works collaboratively across teams, and represents SPP at presentations, tradeshows, and networking events. They will proactively engage members through outbound calls, provide individualized counselling on retirement and investment options, and support business development efforts. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to develop clear educational materials are essential.

Candidates require a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, indepth knowledge of Canadian retirement products, and strong personal finance and investment expertise. Preferred credentials include an Administration or Commerce degree, CIFC or CIFOC, and completion of PPAC or CEBS, supported by several years of pension or financial industry experience. The successful applicant must complete the Canadian Investment Funds Course within six months.
