About the role
SIEL Human Solutions, on behalf of our client, is seeking a permanent, full-time Office Coordinator to join a community-focused not-for-profit organization in Saskatoon.
The Office Coordinator supports daily operations by managing front-desk services, administrative systems, and client interactions using a trauma-informed approach. As the first point of contact, youll help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
What youll do
Youll manage scheduling, client records, inquiries, and occasional payments; keep the office organized; coordinate meetings, documents, and supplies; and support onboarding. Youll provide basic IT support, manage Office 365 and communication systems, assist with communications and promotional materials, and help coordinate events, board meetings, and OH&S activities.
What you bring
You have an administration diploma (or equivalent) and at least five years of office administration experience; non-profit or social services experience is an asset. Youre confident with Microsoft Office 365, comfortable with client systems, organized, professional, and skilled at managing multiple priorities. A Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search is required.
