Looking for FT Administrative Assistant to perform the following duties:
(1) Handles the front reception area e.g. attending to customers/clients, attending to telephone calls/text messages.
(2) Cleaning of public office areas and private office areas at times if needed.
(3) Run errands as needed.
(4) Schedule and confirm appointments.
(5) Complete general office tasks/duties as assigned. Schedule service calls for technicians.
(6) Filing of documents, general data entry and spreadsheet maintenance.
(7) Successful candidate should also possess the following skills and qualifications:
High degree of proficiency in database software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
(8) Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
(9) Ability to manage confidential material and maintain privacy.
