Living Skies Housing Authority (LSHA) supports Saskatchewan Housing Corporation with technical services, support and oversight in the renovation and development of housing projects throughout the province. LSHA has an immediate opportunity for a skilled project manager to join the team in the Saskatoon office.
As Contract Administrator you will utilize your strong technical background and proven project management expertise to develop project specifications and building designs, develop budget and cost estimates, monitor and evaluate construction progress, approve architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical construction documents. Along with the ability to produce complex contract documentation and technical specifications ensuring code compliance, proven interpersonal skills and effective communication are key for the development and delivery of formal reports and presentations.
The ideal candidate will bring 2 to 4 years post-secondary in engineering or architecture with a diploma or Certified Engineering Technologist designation. A minimum of five years contract administration experience along with proven residential construction experience is required.
This is a unionized position that works unregulated hours; typical LSHA office hours are: Monday Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm.
Salary range: $40.37 - $50.60/hour
