We are currently seeking Quality Specialist to join our Saskatoon Manufacturing Plant. Quality Specialist are hardworking, positive, and eager employees that develop and implement quality assurance programs and procedures to assure conformance of manufactured components and finished products to establish specifications and quality standards.  

The Qualified Candidate will have:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field from a four-year college or university.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Registered Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) or Engineer in Training (EIT) in good standing with a Canadian engineering association.
- Previous quality engineering experience.
- Experience in manufacturing practices and procedures and inspection methods.
- Experience in Problem Solving Methodologies.
- 2-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skill that can be leveraged to make both technical product and departmental efficiency improvements.
- An understanding of manufacturing practices and procedures and inspection methods.
- Multi-functional experience (Quality, Materials, Engineering, Human Resources, Safety, Operations).
- Experience with setting departmental vision, objectives and aligning these with the budget and resources required to obtain them.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Control systems.
- Experience in the use of quality analysis tools, such as SPC, PFMEA, DFMEA, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in database software, project software, CAD/CAM software, and Industrial Engineering Processes.
