The ministry offers meaningful, challenging work that directly contributes to child safety and family wellbeing, with a strong commitment to family-centered practice and collaboration with community partners, including First Nation Child and Family Service agencies. Flexible work hours, travel, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on vulnerable children are core elements of this role.

They will also manage the needs of children admitted to care, including placement, ongoing assessment, treatment planning, and longterm planning when necessary. Evening and weekend work, travel, and transporting children and families are essential components of this position.
