Description

We are hiring an Early Childhood Educator for our client in Regina.

Job Requirement:

Education & Certification:

1. Completion of a recognized Early Childhood Education program
(ECE Level I, II, or III  or willingness to obtain certification)
2. Must be eligible for or registered with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Education (ECE Certification Unit)

Experience:

1. Previous experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children is an asset
2. New graduates are welcome to apply

Skills & Competencies:

1. Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
2. Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
4. Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities
5. Patience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with children

Other Requirements:

1. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
2. Ability to meet physical demands of the role (standing, lifting children, active play)
3. Willingness to comply with centre policies and provincial regulations
