Description

We are hiring for Nurse Aide for our client in Regina.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Assist residents/clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
2.Support with mobility, transfers, and positioning
3.Assist with feeding and meal preparation as required
4.Observe and report changes in residents physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
5.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
6.Follow care plans, infection control practices, and workplace policies
7.Provide emotional support and companionship
8.Assist with light housekeeping related to client care
9.Work collaboratively with nurses, supervisors, and healthcare teams

Job Requirements:

1. Completion of a recognized Nurse Aide / Health Care Aide / Personal Support Worker program (or relevant experience in personal care)
2. First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
3. Ability to communicate effectively in English
4. Physically able to perform job duties (lifting, standing, walking)
