WHAT YOULL DO
You will lead guided tours for school groups, families, and visitors.
You will answer questions and provide in-depth, culturally informed information about exhibits and artifacts.
You will plan and run Time Warp, our engaging summer programming for children.
You will assist with documenting, accessioning, and updating the museum collection database.
You will help care for and manage collections, ensuring artifacts are preserved, organized, and displayed effectively.
You will support the design, setup, and staging of new exhibits.
You will take part in planning, delivering, and promoting community events such as weekly BBQs, Indigenous Peoples Day, Canada Day, and Fair Days.
You will participate in seasonal preparation, maintenance, and preservation of museum buildings and grounds.
You will take on other tasks that help the museum run smoothly, as every day is a chance to learn something new.
