Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Service Sales Representative to join our Regina Service Team. This role focuses on growing Service business by building strong Customer relationships and promoting Service solutions across Saskatchewan.

What You'll Do
-Promote and grow Service sales across existing and new Customers
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet and owner-operator Customers
-Identify Customer Service needs and recommend appropriate repair and maintenance solutions
-Actively prospect, generate leads, and develop new Service business
-Present Service estimates and pricing clearly and professionally
-Act as a liaison between Customers and the Service Department, including supporting new truck deliveries by representing the Service Department
-Re-engage former Service Customers to regain business
-Stay current on Service offerings, market trends, and competitor activity

What You'll Bring
-A driven, self-motivated mindset with a Customer-first approach
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
-Background in Customer Service, Service Advising, or Sales
-Experience in a heavy-duty truck, trailer, bus, or ag environment (preferred)
-Strong organization and follow-up skills
-Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel regularly
