Job Description: The Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Associate provides analytical and operational support that enables consistent, high-quality delivery of programs aligned with SHAs People Development Framework. The role enhances the capacity of the Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership (OEL) team by managing learning systems, collecting and interpreting data, and supporting effective communication and reporting across portfolios. Operating with a high degree of independence, the Associate helps integrate leadership learning, program evaluation, and performance development efforts across the province.

Education
- Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
