Description

We are hiring Journeyperson Carpenter for our client in Regina.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood, steel, and other materials.
Construct, install, and repair frameworks, walls, floors, ceilings, doors, and windows.
Install formwork, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
Perform finishing work including trim, cabinetry, and drywall framing.
Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with building codes.
Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
Follow occupational health and safety regulations.
Work independently or as part of a construction team.

Requirements:

Valid Journeyperson Carpenter Certificate (Red Seal preferred).
Completion of apprenticeship training or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of carpentry experience.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet project deadlines.
