We are hiring a Journeyperson Welder for our client in Regina.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
Perform welding using SMAW (stick), GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG), and FCAW processes.
Set up and operate welding equipment and tools.
Weld structural steel, piping, and metal components.
Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
Repair and rework welds as required.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow occupational health and safety procedures.
Work independently or as part of a team.
Requirements:
Valid Journeyperson Welder Certificate (Red Seal preferred).
Completion of apprenticeship training or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of welding experience.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Physically capable of performing manual labour in industrial environments.
Attention to detail and strong workmanship standards.
