We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Moose Jaw. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will support local businesses by creating effective radio and digital advertising campaigns while coaching and developing sales team members.
In this role, you will:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
-Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and needs.
-Present customized radio and digital advertising solutions.
-Coordinate campaign fulfillment with administrative and creative teams.
-Manage client relationships and provide progress reports to ensure campaign success.
-Use sales planning tools to forecast performance.
-Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training Account Managers.
-Support the Sales Manager in coaching and developing the sales team.
