If you thrive on engaging in meaningful conversations and helping others, we want you to join our team! Working as a Student Member Advisor at one of our advice centres, youll be a trusted financial partner for our members, delivering exceptional service and expert financial advice.

Relationships: Build deeper relationships with our members and become a trusted financial partner by assisting them with their daily banking and giving advice to improve their financial well-being.

Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities for members to reach their financial goals and make recommendations on credit and investment products, such as credit cards, RRSPs, TFSAs and more.

Collaboration: Work with our specialty teams to make more complex product recommendations, connecting members with the appropriate expert to support them with loans, wealth services and financial planning.

Digital Education: Leverage technology to enhance the overall member experience by educating members on our digital channels, offering technology support and troubleshooting, as well as using our banking system and CRM program in your daily work.
