The Saskatchewan Association of Watersheds (SAW) is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting, enhancing, and sustainably managing Saskatchewan's watersheds through innovative environmental and agricultural programming.
SAW is seeking a detail-oriented Data & Program Administrator with accounting responsibilities to support programming and other SAW initiatives. This role is responsible for managing program data, documentation, and financial records, and works closely with SAWs Senior Financial Controller on reporting and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, analyze, and maintain program data; track BMP adoption and prepare reports
Maintain accurate tracking of project expenses and supporting documentation
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of program information
Process payroll accurately and on time
Manage accounts payable and assist with account reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records using Microsoft 365, Excel, and Sage Accounting
Perform additional administrative and financial duties as required
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Business, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, data management, administration, or environmental/agricultural programming
Proficiency in Microsoft 365; Sage Accounting experience is an asset
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Assets:
Familiarity with Saskatchewan agriculture
Financial or project management experience
1-3 years of experience in payroll

Full-time (40 hours/week)
Office-based in Moose Jaw
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.
