Description

Moose Jaw Co-op is hiring a full-time temporary Marketing & Community Relations - Summer Student at our Administrative Office in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. This term is expected be from May - August 2026.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Provide a professional and courteous service approach at all times, to internal and external customers, while on the phone, in person, or via email.
Support a variety of administrative functions such as managing personal and social media calendars, organizing checklists, preparing meeting materials, filing etc.
Assist in the creation of thoughtful and engaging content for various social media and communication platforms.
Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of company and community events. Including but not limited to, organizing donation requests, coordinating event logistics, supply pickups and drop offs, etc.
Representing the Moose Jaw Co-op at a variety of community events, initiatives, donation ceremonies etc.
Maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring that all electronic data and files are properly safeguarded.

You are a motivated and energetic student who is enthusiastic about a full-time summer job.
You are working towards a degree or diploma in Marketing or Business.
You are available to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends to support events and initiatives as needed.
You're honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.  (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
