North Regina Little League is looking for a Seasonal Groundskeeper to maintain our baseball diamonds and ensure theyre game-ready.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain infield surfaces (dragging, raking, leveling)
Repair pitchers mound, batters boxes, base paths, and bases
Line and chalk fields; set up bases for games and practices
Prepare fields daily for games (weekdays from 6 PM, weekends from 8 AM)
Monitor field conditions and respond to issues
Keep dugouts, bleachers, pathways, and equipment clean and safe
Operate hand tools and small equipment as required
Lift, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks outdoors
Note: Outfield grass and common area grass are maintained by the City of Regina. This position is responsible only for infield and diamond maintenance.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Valid Class 5 drivers licence and own vehicle
- Groundskeeping or field maintenance experience is an asset but not required

Hours:
April  variable (spring prep)
MayJune  approx. 35 hrs/week (daily games and field prep)
Opportunity to continue through summer and Fall Ball (until September) based on performance

Work Environment:
- Sports fields (infield surfaces, dugouts, bleachers)
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Repetitive physical tasks

Compensation:
Salary negotiable based on experience and performance
Tools and equipment provided by North Regina Little League
