Key Responsibilities
Deliver and oversee training in areas such as Security Guard programming, supervisor courses, The Private Investigator and Security Guards Act (1997), First Aid/CPR/AED, WHMIS, and other mandated topics.
Select and support certified instructors; monitor instructional quality, and provide coaching as needed.
Maintain current records of qualified instructors, training materials, course documentation, qualifications, and attendance for audit and employment purposes.
Ensure training aids and equipment are available and functioning properly.
Manage instructor timesheets and ensure accurate submissions to Finance.
Contribute to departmental planning, cross-functional initiatives, and ongoing organizational development.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources & Training.

Professional Requirements
Enhanced Reliability or Secret Level II Security Clearance.
Knowledge of the security industry, relevant legislation, and training standards.
Experience in developing policies, procedures, and training materials.
Certification in Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures, with the ability to act as the OH&S Committee Chair.
Understanding of WCB claims management.
Minimum 5 years management or security operations experience (preferred).
Current Saskatchewan Justice Security Licence.
