Experience and Knowledge Requirements:

? Up to two years of related experience in social services related field Experience in community outreach kinds of work is an asset preferred

? Represent the organization in a positive, professional, and engaging manner.
? Exhibit good listening and interpersonal skills, have strong oral/written communication skills.
? Understanding of individuals of diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
? Good team player.
? Good oral and writing skills.

*Successful incumbent must be between 15 and 30 years of age at beginning of employment term and be willing to work within Art of Work guidelines.

Compensation:

The target hiring range for this position is $15.69 to $19.62 with a maximum of $23.54.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
