Bugsy's Irish Pub is searching for a dedicated, responsible candidate to join our team up beat, customer service driven staff.

Responsibilities:
Maintains inventory.
Creates drink and food menus.
Determines employees schedules.
Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean.
Monitor customer behavior.
Oversees planning for special events.
Appropriately delegates tasks to staff.
Selects and purchases liquor and other supplies.
Oversees staff, including bartenders, wait staff, and kitchen staff.
Hires, trains, promotes, and, when necessary, disciplines or terminates staff.
Selects music, books bands, and provides input on dcor and marketing, including social media and other forms of publicity.
Initiates and maintains vendor relationships.
Uses point-of-sale tracking technology

The ideal candidate will be mature and take his/her role within the company seriously. Shifts include nights and weekends. Company benefits and profit sharing after completion of probation period
