Description

What you will do.
    Work under supervision of Maintenance Chair
    Routine property maintenance and repair such has basic plumbing (changing/repairing taps, toilets and sinks) and basic carpentry (Repairing interior doors, cabinets and closets doors.)
    Cleaning common area keeping the site looking good and sanitary.
    Coordinate with contractors for minor and large repairs.
    Monitor the boilers and check pressure daily to ensure they are functioning properly
    Preventive maintenance changing filters, belts, inspecting equipment
    Replenishing salt in water softener. Yard work and snow removal

Small plumbing and electrical repairs

Take out large roll away garbage and recycle bins

Job description will be supplies upon interview to qualified candidate

Hours of work Monday to Friday 8:00 am to noon Monday to Friday stat holidays off

Ability to speak and write english
