Office Administrator Real Estate Brokerage
(Maternity leave position - 15 months min.) Start date March 16, 2026
Location: Realty Executives MJ, Moose Jaw, SK
Compensation: $23 to $25 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time (Temp), MondayFriday 9:00am 4:00pm. Expected hours:30 per week
Were looking for an experienced Conveyancing & Office Administrator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our transactions, records, and finances running smoothly. Youll thrive here if you have experience working in banking, legal conveyancing, or real estate administration, and enjoy structured systems, deadlines, and accuracy.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review conveyancing documentation for real estate transactions
Communicate professionally with lawyers, lenders, and agents to coordinate closings
Manage file organization, data entry, and office administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality and uphold compliance standards (SRA / FINTRAC)
Communicate with agents to ensure that complete listing information and forms are received for all listings
Basic accounting duties such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, payroll, etc.
Daily Banking
Ensure that all deal files including paper and electronic versions are properly completed and up to date.
Upload MLS listings and process any changes as required.
Designing Marketing Material & Manage Social Media Channels
Preferred Qualifications : Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
Real estate conveyancing, Banking / financial administration, Law office or legal assistant work. Solid administrative management or office coordination experience (systems, deadlines, and team support). Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic accounting software.
