Description

Do you love construction but want less time on the tools? Want evenings and weekends free? Want to work with a team that helps customers build their dream homes? Olympic RTMs Sask may be a great fit!

We are growing and looking for a Foreman to join our team, reporting to the Construction Manager. You will coordinate and supervise day-to-day construction activities for multiple homes throughout the build process at our Regina/Pilot Butte facility.

We offer stable year-round work, on-the-job training, and consistent MondayFriday hours. You will have access to a heated/cooled office area with a desk and computer as needed.

Duties

Coordinate daily scheduling and activities for multiple projects

Ensure Health & Safety regulations are followed

Inspect trade work and complete inspection paperwork

Answer construction-related questions from sub-contractors

Maintain positive relationships with staff and sub-trades

Conduct customer walk-throughs during construction

Work with design and sales to confirm details and review drawings

Coordinate material shipments with the Construction Manager

Communicate with customers to identify service needs

Schedule service trades/technicians for customer homes

Qualifications

3+ years residential construction experience

Ability to read architectural and structural drawings

Experience with power tools

Home modifications/repairs experience an asset

Project management software experience an asset

Material estimating experience an asset

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working independently and in teams

Confident, professional leadership skills

Must be entitled to work in Canada
