Saskatoon Crisis Intervention Service is a professional community-based organization that provides 24-hour crisis services for individuals and families in distress. The Intensive Community Support (ICS) Worker provides case management, services coordination, and long-term, individualized support to individuals who are complex to serve, challenging to engage and have severe and persistent disabling conditions such as mental illness, substance use disorder, acquired brain injury, and legal issues. The ICS Worker operates independently, building strong, trusting client relationships to ensure sustainable progress and connect or re-connect service recipients to human services to support them in achieving an optimal level of independence. This position, requires a solid background in social work, case management, trauma-informed & culturally competent care, and plays a crucial role in the community. It offers an opportunity to significantly impact the lives of marginalized individuals, supporting their long-term recovery from homelessness and helping them achieve stability, independence, and well-being.

Qualifications:
- Must have a 4-year Bachelor of Social Work or Bachelor of Indigenous Social Work University Degree from an accredited Faculty of Social Work.
- 3-4 years of experience in case management, housing support or community mental health work. Experience in a crisis intervention role.
- Must have a valid driver's license (Drivers Abstract required)
- Must agree to a Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Check
Working Conditions:
Hours: Typically, regular business hours, but flexibility is required to accommodate client needs, including occasional evenings or weekends.
Physical Requirements: Regular travel within the community and navigating various housing environments.
