Queen City Distillers in Regina is looking for a reliable Liquor Store Order Desk person to join our team. In this role, you'll assist customers with placing orders, answer product inquiries, and ensure accurate and efficient order processing. This position acts as the first point of contact for commercial and retail customers placing orders. Supports order accuracy, inventory updates, and retail inquiries while upholding excellent customer service standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Greet walk-in customers and assist with product questions
-Promote in-store offers and new products
-Enter and update inventory records and product details
-Process online and in-person orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
-Verify packaging slips and shipping details before order dispatch
Required Experience:
-1+ year of experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative support (entry-level candidates considered)
-Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
-Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
-Experience using order management or ERP systems preferred
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
