Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our operations and project management functions.

Position Details
Compensation: $17.00-25.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-2:30 PM
Start Date: Tuesday, March 10th, 2026
Employment Type: Hourly part-time, on site

What You'll Do:
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records in our project management systems, including Google Workspace, JobTread and other software platforms
- Procurement Support: Process purchase orders, track material orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain vendor communications
- Administrative Tasks: Handle general office administration including filing, correspondence, scheduling, organization, and document preparation
- Project Support: Assist with tracking project timelines, budgets, and documentation requirements
- Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding orders, invoicing, and delivery schedules
- Communication: Draft emails, prepare reports, and support internal team communications

What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.)
- Professional fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable learning new software systems
- Professional and reliable work ethic

Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in administrative roles
- Familiarity with project management software
- Experience with procurement or purchasing
- Experience creating social media content or marketing materials
- Photography skills for capturing project progress and finished work
- Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools
