We're seeking a reliable and versatile Skilled Labourer to join our team. This role offers flexibility as either a contracted or employed position.

Position Details
Compensation: $19.00-25.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM5:00 PM (project dependent)
Start Date: Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026
Employment Type: Hourly Full-time, onsite

What You'll Do
- Deliver equipment and materials to job sites across Saskatoon
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized construction sites
- Support various carpentry and construction crews during operations
- Perform general construction tasks, woodwork, cabinet and shelving installation, and minor framing tasks
- Follow project plans and specifications under supervision
- Prepare materials and equipment in our shop
- Operate vehicles and equipment, including telehandlers
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by crew leads

What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license (clean abstract preferred)
- Previous construction or labour experience is essential
- Candidates preferred that have experience in framing, cabinet installation, or carpentry
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry materials (50 lbs to 100lbs regularly)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Passionate about high-quality delivery and craftsmanship in every task
- Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of safety standards on construction sites

Nice to Have
- Framing experience
- Cabinetry installation experience
- Carpentry labour background
- Telehandler or equipment operation experience
- First Aid certification
