Duties
Welcome guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
Handle point-of-sale transactions and manage bookings through our
CRM system.
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Monitor, escalate, and respond to brand mentions, comments, DMs, and
conversations across social media channels and customer communities.
Create and schedule engaging social media content using provided
templates, including photos, videos, and updates.
Process and edit photos/videos for promotional use.
Assist in live streaming of gameplay sessions or special events,
including on-camera hosting when needed.
Operate, supervise, and explain VR gaming sessions, ensuring
equipment functionality and player safety.
Assist with setup, calibration, and basic maintenance of VR headsets
and controllers.
Monitor sessions to ensure proper equipment use and adherence to
safety guidelines.
Clean and sanitize VR equipment between sessions.
Manage inventory and sales of snacks and beverages.
Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment
checks, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining cleanliness.
Requirements
Completion of high school diploma; post-secondary education is an
asset.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or
administrative roles is preferred.
Valid Saskatchewan FoodSafe Certificate (or willingness to obtain
immediately).
