Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Take customer orders, process payments, and provide friendly customer service
Prepare, assemble and serve bubble tea and other beverages according to company standards
Portion, package and prepare simple food items and toppings as required
Operate kitchen and beverage equipment safely and efficiently
Stock refrigerators, shelves and service areas; replenish ingredients and supplies
Package take-out orders and ensure accuracy and presentation
Clean and sanitize counters, workstations, equipment and serving areas
Wash utensils, tools and equipment by hand or using dishwashing machines
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food preparation and service areas
Receive, unpack and store food and supply deliveries properly
Remove garbage and waste and follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Perform other related duties to support daily store operations
Skills & Qualifications:
Completion of secondary school
servers or retail experience is not necessary but preferred
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
Advanced communication skills
Ability to pay attention to details
Ability to follow policies and procedures
