As a part of the YWCA Prince Albert Management Team, the manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the homeward bound Windsor Program.
Qualifications:
Post-Secondary education and/or previous experience working with vulnerable people.
Previous management or Supervisory experience;
Exceptional communication abilities-written, verbal, interpersonal;
Knowledge of referral agencies;
Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License with clean abstract;
Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check;
Available for an on-call rotation
Duties:
Personnel management-oversee day-to-day operations, hiring, training, coaching, employee discipline, scheduling, among other duties
Program management-ensure apartments are maintained in a safe, clean, orderly manner, adhere to fire and safety regulations
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of fleet vehicles, among other duties
Client centered services-work with various funders to ensure standards, ensure proper documentation on client files, case plans, safety plans, and incident reports,
Ensure staff trained in all areas needed to work with vulnerable clients, among other duties;
