Cornerstone Medical Clinic is seeking a temporary full-time Registered Nurse to support a busy family medicine and womens health practice. Reporting to the Supervising Physician, you will coordinate patient care, provide chronic disease management, administer immunizations and procedures (e.g., pap smears, injections), deliver focused counseling, and ensure follow-up to improve outcomes. Duties include triage, communicating routine test results, early pregnancy support, preventive/genetic counseling, and coordinating referrals. The role may be split into part-time or job-share arrangements.

Candidates must hold a BSN or equivalent, be registered with the CRNS or CRPNS, and have 35 years primary care experience. Skills in chronic disease management, immunizations, basic procedures, patient education, telephone triage, EMR documentation, and collaborative care are required. CPR/BLS certification is essential. Experience in community health, case management, or primary care is an asset.
