Jerry Mainil Ltd. is a family owned and operated Oilfield Construction Company that is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Weyburn, responsibilities for various accounting duties and daily reporting.
Responsibilities:
-General office administration and clerical duties
-Data entry of daily tickets
-Creating invoices and submitting to customers
-Data entry of financial transactions
-Reconcile accounts
Qualifications:
-2-year business diploma (or experience equivalent).
-3 or more years of experience in an accounting role. Experience in oil industry is considered an asset.
-Advanced computer skills-comfortable with Simply Accounting and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Excellent organizational and communicational skills.
