Description

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable and outgoing IRS Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Cultural Program. The ideal candidate will be required to provide a variety of specialized duties to assist and support the LLRIB Health Services programs and services. About the position: Prepare and maintain accurate and complete records, reports and complex filing; Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, special projects and events; Take detailed minutes at various meetings; Assist in coordination and development of reports and proposals by compiling documents; Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
