Tm2SPORTS - We are Central Canada's leading customized sportswear, corporate wear, custom uniforms and performance apparel company. Our Retail Store location is located in Saskatoon, SK.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced permanent part-time Store Clerk to join our growing team at Tm2SPORTS. This position will work with customer service, sales, marketing, warehouse and operations departments to provide superior customer experience. As a Store Clerk, you will be responsible for day to day operations of the retail store and manage multiple tasks efficiently in all departments while maintaining a positive shopping environment.

Your hours will be set - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10am - 5pm. Occasionally, there will be opportunities for extra hours to cover holidays etc. This position is not appropriate for a student.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in locating products.
Social media management - be comfortable on camera to promote the store
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Upsell and promote additional merchandise to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively communicate with customers.
Ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Receiving all shipments and taking inventory of all items in and out of the store.
Shipping and receiving ensuring order accuracy at all times.
Packaging orders
Customization of apparel for team orders.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
Your hours will be set - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am - 5pm. Occasionally, we will have extra hours to cover holidays etc.

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required.
