Description

The Ukrainian Canadian Congress of Saskatchewan seeks a professional, out-going, organized, details-oriented individual with a problem-solving mind and strong communication skills to join our team. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for 3 key areas: office operations; bookkeeping support and program administrative support.

Key Tasks
1.    Office Operations: The coordinator ensures an efficient, organized office. They are the primary point of contact for inquiries, provide a high level of service, handle phone calls and office correspondence, administer filing systems, serve as SharePoint expert, manage office supplies and inventory, and handle equipment maintenance.
2.    Bookkeeping Support: The coordinator carries out: basic bookkeeping (invoicing, expense coding, payments, receipting), bank deposits, donation and expense claim processing, accounting assistance as requested.
3.    Program Administrative Support: The coordinator delivers administrative support to management, committees, and activities and those duties assigned by the Executive Director. They uphold adherence to organizational policies, procedures and practices.

Key Attributes
Knowledge: Relevant post-secondary education, training, experience; Basic office bookkeeping/invoicing procedures; English (CLB 6+) and Ukrainian (C1) in all skill areas; Understands Saskatchewans Ukrainian cultural community.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal & team-building skills; Analytical, a problem-solver, details-oriented; Effective communicator, Highly professional; Effective organizer, a Multi-tasker; Strong computer skills: MS365 (+Teams, SharePoint), QuickBooks, MailChimp, Canva; Excellent stress & time management skills; Able to drive/travel.
