Description

Lead all stages of modular projects for quality control throughout the process: including planning, scheduling, budgeting, production oversight and final inspections of modular units, as well as delivery coordination
    Review architectural and engineering drawings and translate requirements into actionable tasks for production teams
    Maintain accurate project schedules, weekly updates, and internal reporting for leadership
    Manage change orders, pricing updates, risk items, and quality control tasks throughout the project
    Estimate project costs for each phase of modular construction, as well as negotiate vendor and subcontractor contracts to achieve cost-effective and timely outcomes
    Support and oversee procurement of materials and ensure alignment with internal specifications and client selections
    Oversee foundation planning, site readiness checks, permitting workflows, and utility coordination, as well as coordinate transport team for delivery and site installation plans
    Oversee project close out packages, warranty documentation, and hand off to the client
    Develop strategies to improve efficiency and scalability in construction operations
    Provide leadership, guidance and support to site teams, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations throughout the project
    Build strong relationships with community boards, municipal contacts, trades, and engineering partners
    Assist production crew when deemed necessary to meet
project time lines.
Qualifications
    Minimum three to five years of experience in construction or modular project management
    Strong understanding of modular manufacturing processes, building codes, and foundation types
    Experience working with engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
    Excellent communication, supervisory and client management skills
    Ability to manage multiple projects at once, coupled with strong problem solving techniques
    Strong organizational and detail oriented skills
