iving Spring Medical Clinic in Yorkton, SK, is seeking a Temporary Full-time Pharmacist. Reporting to the Physician Leads, the Pharmacist will manage, dispense, and monitor medications while collaborating with physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and external partners.

This temporary position (full- or part-time) runs until March 31, 2027, with possible extension, and is part of a new Innovation Fund between the Saskatchewan Government and clinics. Flexible hours are required to meet operational and patient care needs.

Qualifications:

Entry-level Pharmacy degree (BScPhm or PharmD)

Current or eligible registration with Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP)

Strong clinical knowledge, judgment, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Proficiency in pharmacy systems and computer applications

Ability to work independently and collaboratively; Saskatchewan drivers license; CPR (BLS) an asset

Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Review, verify, and counsel on medications

Conduct medication reviews and provide clinical consultations

Participate in interdisciplinary care planning

Monitor therapy outcomes and maintain accurate records

Oversee safe dispensing, inventory, and regulatory compliance

Provide guidance to Pharmacy Technicians and support staff

Support clinic operations and quality improvement initiatives
